I am so happy to read the news that Studio Ghibli‘s latest release Arrietty will be out in February. This is another film by amazing director and animator Hayao Miyazaki. My family and I are huge fans of his films My Neighbor Totoro, Ponyo, Howl’s Moving Castle, Spirited Away and Kiki’s Delivery Service. I can’t wait for this new film based on the book The Borrowers by Mary Norton!

A Day in Eden
We like food. Miriam‘s mother, Carol Sanders, is a fine cook who recently started a business called Real Good Food. It is. Everyday we purchase the meal that Miriam brings to work in a basket. Recent offerings include Thai seafood curry, jasmine rice, sweet and sour veggies, gazpacho soup, fish tacos, stuffed mushrooms, and tons of fresh fruit and veggies. On lovely, sunny days we sit in the shade outside and eat this Real Good Food and talk. We like to talk.
Design World
We love food. We love design. We love trees. We love leftovers even more when they have cute, nicely designed, environmentally friendly covers reminding us to eat them before they go bad and to remind refrigeraiders to save us a bite. My personal favorite is the paw print. We all have spoiled terriers.

A Day in Eden
We work. Jen Rolston is a force. She started Eden Design over eleven years ago in her home. Soon after, she added an infant son to the business and while she worked he wrecked the place. At the moment, we have over 375 clients on file with over 40 current projects in the works and her son just turned nine. We have clients from L.A. to NYC –but the majority are from here: local farms, stores, politicians, non-profits, theaters and artists. Our bonuses come in the form of fresh farm eggs and produce and theater tickets. Molly
